Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of aaroncheats.com and any digital products, license keys, software and services sold or provided through it (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by the owner of aaroncheats (referred to as "we", "us", "our" or the "Operator"). By accessing the website, creating an order, or using any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order, completing a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Operator. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to bind them.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase or use any product. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to purchase and use the products in your country of residence. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly sell to minors.

03 The products

We sell digital goods: software, scripts, tools and licence or activation keys that modify or enhance the experience of third-party video games. All products are intangible and are delivered electronically. The products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher, developer or platform. All trademarks and game names referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Product descriptions, features and compatibility are provided in good faith but may change at any time as games and anti-cheat systems are updated. We do not guarantee that any product will remain compatible, functional or undetected indefinitely.

04 Orders and payment

Orders are placed and payments are processed through our third-party commerce and payment providers (including SellAuth and the payment methods shown at checkout, such as card, PayPal and cryptocurrency). Prices are shown at checkout, are stated in the listed currency, and may change at any time without notice. Your order is accepted, and this agreement is formed, when payment is confirmed and delivery begins.

We never see or store your full card details. You are responsible for providing a correct and working email address for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, prohibited use, or a breach of these Terms.

05 Delivery

Delivery is digital, automatic and immediate. Your product, licence or activation key is sent to the email address you provide and made available on your order page as soon as your payment is confirmed. Cryptocurrency orders deliver once the transaction confirms on-chain. Delivery is deemed complete the moment the product or key is made available to you, regardless of whether you open the email, view the key, or begin using the product.

If you have not received your order, first check your inbox and spam folder and your order page, then contact support through our Discord with your order email and we will assist promptly.

06 Refunds and right of withdrawal

All sales are final. Because every product is digital content delivered to you immediately, refunds, returns, exchanges, credits and cancellations are not available once a product key or licence has been delivered and/or activated. The single exception is a key that has never been activated, as described below.

Waiver of the right of withdrawal

The products are digital content that is supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium. By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate performance and delivery, and you acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose and waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation or "cooling-off" period, including the right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and any equivalent consumer law, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This waiver takes effect the moment delivery begins.

Definition of "activated"

A product key or licence is considered "activated", "redeemed" or "used" the moment it is, in whole or in part: redeemed, entered, loaded, executed, linked, bound to a device or account, or otherwise used in or with the software, loader or any related system. We may verify the activation, redemption and delivery status of any key from our own records and providers. That record is final and determinative of whether a key has been activated.

The only refund exception

A refund or replacement may be considered only where all of the following are true: (a) the product key or licence has never been activated and remains entirely unused; (b) you contact support through our Discord and open a ticket within 48 hours of purchase; and (c) we confirm the key is unused from our records. Even then, any refund or replacement is granted entirely at our sole discretion. Once a key has been activated, no refund is possible for any reason whatsoever.

No refunds in any other case

Without limitation, no refund, return or exchange will be given for: a change of mind or buyer's remorse; failure to read the product description; lack of technical knowledge or inability to set the product up; hardware, software or game incompatibility you did not verify before buying; a product later being detected, patched, updated or rendered non-functional by a game or anti-cheat update after activation; your game or platform account being banned, suspended or restricted; loss of access caused by your own actions; or any breach of these Terms by you.

07 Chargebacks and disputes

Do not file a chargeback or payment dispute. Opening a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal instead of contacting support is a serious breach of these Terms and, for digital goods that have already been delivered, is treated as fraud.

If you file a chargeback or dispute, we may immediately and permanently terminate your access, revoke and deactivate all products and licences associated with you, permanently ban you from the store, our Discord and all services, and pursue recovery of any amounts owed. We will contest illegitimate disputes and may submit these Terms together with our delivery, activation and access records as evidence. If you have any problem with an order, contact support first and we will help.

08 Licence and acceptable use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the product you purchased, for your own personal use only, for the duration stated on the product. You must not, and must not allow any third party to:

  • resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share, distribute, publish or give away any product, key or licence;
  • use a single-user licence on behalf of, or for the benefit of, anyone other than yourself;
  • copy, crack, leak, reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to extract the source of any product, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use the product for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that harms, defrauds or targets other people; or
  • circumvent, abuse or attack the Service, our providers, our Discord or our infrastructure.

Any breach of this section immediately terminates your licence, with no refund.

09 Risk and no game-ban warranty

You use our products entirely at your own risk. Modifying or enhancing a game may breach that game's own terms of service and can result in your game or platform account being warned, suspended, banned or permanently lost.

We do not warrant or guarantee that any product is, or will remain, undetected, safe from bans, or free from consequences imposed by a game, publisher or platform. We are not responsible or liable for any ban, suspension, account loss, lost in-game items, currency or progress, or any other consequence arising from your use of a product. You acknowledge and accept this risk before purchasing.

10 Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that any product will meet your requirements, be compatible with your setup, or be available, functional or undetected at any given time. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, game accounts, in-game items or progress, arising out of or relating to the Service or any product, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service or a product will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any product, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third party's rights, including any game or platform terms.

13 Intellectual property

The Service, including the website, branding, text, graphics, logos and the products themselves, is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you only the limited licence described in these Terms and does not transfer any ownership. You may not use our branding or content without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks and game names remain the property of their respective owners.

14 Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including SellAuth (order processing and delivery), payment processors (such as card networks, PayPal and cryptocurrency networks), Discord (community and support), and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or availability. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.

15 Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, revoke or terminate your access to the Service and to any product at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, file a chargeback, attempt fraud or abuse, or use a product unlawfully. On termination for breach, your licences end immediately and no refund is due. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on refunds, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and governing law, survive.

16 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted at this page with the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service, or any new purchase, after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page before each purchase.

17 Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws applicable at the place where the Operator is established, within the framework of European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence are not affected. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

18 General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service and supersede any prior understanding. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect and the unenforceable provision is applied to the greatest extent permitted. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor.
