Last updated: 29 June 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use aaroncheats.com, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the website and to the digital products and services we sell. The service is operated by the owner of aaroncheats (referred to as "we", "us", "our" or the "Operator"), who is the data controller. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. Please also read our Terms of Service.

01 Data we collect
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Order and contact data | The email address you provide for delivery, order ID, product purchased, order status | You, at checkout |
| Payment data | Payment method, amount, currency, transaction status. We do not receive or store your full card numbers; these are handled by our payment processors | Payment processors |
| Discord data | If you join our community or link your account for community access, your Discord user ID, username and membership status | You and Discord |
| Technical and usage data | IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, approximate region, and security and log data | Automatically, via our hosting and CDN |
We do not ask for or want sensitive personal data, and you should not send any to us.
02 How we use your data
- to process your order, take payment and deliver your product to your email;
- to provide customer support and respond to your messages and tickets;
- to operate, secure and maintain the website and our community;
- to prevent, detect and investigate fraud, chargebacks, abuse and breaches of our Terms;
- to manage community access and licences where applicable; and
- to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
03 Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the product you ordered and provide support); legitimate interests (to secure the Service, prevent fraud and chargebacks, and run our business), balanced against your rights; legal obligation (where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests); and consent (where required, for example certain cookies), which you can withdraw at any time.
04 Who we share data with
We share data only with the providers we need to run the Service, and only as necessary. These act as our processors or as independent controllers under their own policies:
- SellAuth: order processing, licence delivery and store operations.
- Payment processors (such as card networks, PayPal and cryptocurrency networks): to take and verify payment.
- Discord: community, support and, where you choose, account-linked access.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, and security against attacks.
We may also disclose data where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights, safety or property, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business. Each third party processes your data under its own privacy policy.
05 Cookies and local storage
We keep cookies to a minimum. We and our providers may use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to make the site and checkout work, remember basic preferences, and keep the Service secure. Our security and CDN provider may set cookies to protect against malicious traffic. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work without them.
06 How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: to deliver and support your order, to keep records of transactions and licences, to handle disputes and chargebacks, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires or to defend legal claims.
07 International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the providers' lawful transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, to protect your data.
08 Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), limited access, and trusted providers for payment and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect.
09 Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have it corrected or deleted; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, contact us through our Discord (see below) using the email address linked to your order so we can verify your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
10 Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required by these Terms and by law. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
11 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted. Please review this page periodically.
